   I took up yogo a few months ago. So far I’m loving it, really.

   I am looking for slightly more advanced techniques to take me to the ‘next step’, and this kind of core training isn’t something I would have considered, most probably. I guess it’s like a car engine: you need to make sure that’s all working powerfully before you can start to worry about the other little details…
