One of the great things about yoga, is that you don’t need much equipment in order to practice regularly. All you really need is a mat, a towel, some water, and a good attitude. Now, yoga sandals are not meant for actually performing yoga but rather apply yoga principles to your footwear. Learning to do yoga properly is really all about balance and body alignment. The biggest difference between these sandals and regular sandals is that there are spaces between each toe. The funny thing is that these sandals were first invented for performing pedicures. As you could see separating the toes would make it easy to keep toenail polish safe while it’s trying.    I am interested in the Yoga Sandals, however; my foot measures 5.5 and I usually purchase sandals in size 5.5 – 6.5 the sizing on all of the Yoga Sandals is s,m,l, etc., I am in between which size should I buy.

   This is a good start if you want to do a serious yoga. This will not just remind you to do regular yoga but you are actually in yoga even if just using this sandals. I wish they are available worldwide.
