		<description>I must say itâ€™s a very informative article on Kundalini yoga meditation. I am surely going to give this a try since more than anything else it is very good for relaxation after long working hours. I think everyone should try to practice yoga for at least 30 mins from our busy schedule for overall well being.</description>
