5 Stars two great yoga workouts
This yoga DVD has two workouts, one for morning and another for evening.
Rodney Yee is a great teacher, who explains things well. He is gentle and affirming, yet also firm/clear in direction. He is very inspirational and comes across as very caring.
If you are looking for “power yoga” or something where you’re going to sweat a lot, this is now the video for you. However, if you’re looking for a gentle workout for morning or evening, this is a great DVD. It’s great for people at all levels, even beginners.

5 Stars My all time favorite yoga routines.
I’m not really a hardcore yoga fanatic, I just like to do it occasionally for stress-reduction, and as a longer cool-down after a tough cardio workout. This DVD is perfect for someone new to yoga, someone looking for a gentle introduction to yoga, or just a quiet stretch after a long day. Peace of mind in a box. Highly recommended.

5 Stars Nice Yoga Addition
This DVD provides two shorter routines, once for A.M. and one for P.M., that are both done very well.
As someone who is newer to yoga I found that I was able to do the routines and make them part of my practice as an enjoyable addition.

5 Stars Made me calmer, more collected and a lot more content
I work at a start-up in Silicon Valley and I also maintain an extremely active routine which includes running and strength training. This DVD was the missing link in my go, go, go lifestyle. Thanks to this video I’ve rediscovered the benefits of yoga and I will be returning to my local studio in no time. Make time for yoga, it’s some of the best time you can spend on yourself.
